A Journey Shaped by Performance, Teaching, and How Musicians Grow
Founder & Educator

Ana Linari
I am a professional flutist and educator with experience in both performing and teaching. I started working professionally at the age of 18 and have since combined my musical career with continuous training and education.
Experience
While rooted in the classical tradition, my work extends beyond performance, integrating teaching, creative projects, and new ways of engaging with the musical field.
Through my own path, I have developed a broader perspective on what it means to work as a musician. This has led me to create The Musicians Project (TMP), an initiative designed to support musicians in exploring diverse professional possibilities with clarity and intention.
My approach is guided by the belief that a career in music can take many forms, and that each musician should be equipped to shape a path that reflects both their artistic and personal ambitions.
Background & Focus
Over time, I also became increasingly interested in questions of direction, decision-making, and long-term planning, especially for musicians who are trying to find their place within the profession
This mix of practical experience, education, and reflection led to the creation of The Musicians Project

Many musicians receive extensive technical training but little structured support in reflecting on long-term direction, priorities, and life context. The Musicians Project (TMP) was created to address this gap by offering a reflective framework that connects musical development with personal and professional decision-making.
TMP supports musicians in clarifying direction, values, and long-term goals through guided reflection and structured discussion. The focus is on empowering participants to make intentional, sustainable choices that align their artistic ambitions with their wider lives.

Designed for both individual musicians and educational institutions, TMP complements existing training by addressing the reflective and developmental dimensions of a musician’s life.
