THE TLMP PROGRAM

The Life Map Project is delivered as one integrated program.
It is not possible to book individual workshops separately.

The program consists of several interconnected workshop elements that together form a coherent reflection and guidance process.

Each element builds on the previous one to ensure depth, continuity, and clarity.

Structured Reflection

A professional framework to clarify direction, priorities, and long-term choices.

Decision Support

Guided support to explore options and make informed professional decisions.

Real-World Perspective

Grounded insight into the realities and expectations of the classical music profession.

Integration & Planning

Connecting reflection to concrete next steps within individual or institutional contexts.

What Students Leave With

A realistic understanding of the skills, efforts, and compromises required to move toward their desired career and lifestyle.

3

A reflective life and career map

decisions, such as where to live, how to work, and how to sustain long-term fulfillment.

4

The ability to critically evaluate professions they once idealized, including working conditions, lifestyle implications, and long-term implications.

5

A stronger sense of confidence and ownership when making future choices, grounded in reflection rather than external expectations.

6

A repeatable method for reflection and planning

A structured approach that enables participants to revisit, reassess, and

redesign their life and career plans as their goals, circumstances, or priorities evolve.
